The Concept
Root to Rise is a transformative 7-day retreat for those who seek balance, deep connection, and personal growth. This is the second edition of Root to Rise, with the first having welcomed 22 participants in Colombia back in April 2025!
We will be immersing in Tantra, Kundalini yoga, and Ayurveda while nourishing our bodies with vegan and chakra-coded meals and living in at a Brazilian ecovillage, in harmony with nature.
Adapted for remote workers with access to cowoking facilities and high-speed internet, this retreat offers a deep experience combining inner well-being, spiritual practice and remote work in an ideal setting at the intersection of culture, community & nature.

RENA YOGA TERAPIA
Oi, I’m Rena!
A mix of Namasté, Saravá, and Haux.
A spiritual seeker since childhood and a yoga practitioner since 2016, I’ve gathered over 2,000 hours of international trainings in Yoga, Energetic Activation, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Innerdance, Shamanism, Classical Tantra, and Neo-Tantra.
My path has taken me to teach classes and lead retreats in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, Bali, Colombia, and Brazil. I paddle my boat toward everything that expands consciousness.
My work focuses on Chakra Activation and Kundalini Energy, weaving ancient Indian practices—rooted in breath, movement, and presence—with a modern, grounded, ethical, and embodied approach to life force and sexual energy.
I honor the body as a sacred temple, nudity as natural, and desire as a unique expression of the soul. I’ve developed my own way of guiding transformational processes, integrating tools from Umbanda Shamanism, a Brazilian spiritual tradition that connects us to nature, the elements, and the unseen realms.
My mission is to help people remember their inner power, reconnect with their natural cycles, and awaken the healing intelligence that already lives within them. I hold spaces with care, depth, and playfulness—especially for women, whom I support in reclaiming trust in their bodies and intuition. Music, breathwork, movement, and plant-based food are my favorite medicines—
though a good chocolate cake still works magic on my mood. What truly inspires me is traveling with a backpack, placing my hands in the soil, dancing with energy, and talking about the mysteries of the universe.
If you’re here, maybe our energies have something to exchange.
Welcome.
TESTIMONIALS
We welcomed 22 participants for the first edition of Root to Rise back in April 2025 in Colombia. Read what participants said about their experience.

NIKLAS Germany
Amazing experience! As first I wasn't sure for what I signed up. I discovered new sites of the tantric topic and I was amazed by Holotropic Breathwork! I also enjoyed a lot that all people had the same mindset and nobody judged about anything.

MICHELLE USA
The Kundalini Tantra retreat with Nomad Farm was an incredible experience that helped me align with myself and the world around me. A great way to slow down, reconnect, and live intentionally, all while working remotely with nature as your backdrop.

MISHELL Ecuador
It was my first retreat, and it was an amazing experience! I met people from other countries, and we all felt connected by a shared desire to know ourselves more deeply and to try new things. Everyone has their own story, and it’s amazing how much you can learn from each other. I feel this retreat can truly change the way you see yourself and help you reconnect with the true meaning of life

JIMENA Mexico
Ren is amazing I loved having this experience guided by her energy, coudn't have a better containment and guidance. The whole experience made me awaken and realized what true love is, and embodied it; the love that comes from above and that shows you what this all human experience is all about; love as the beginning, the middle and the purpose of everything.

GABBYUSA
As someone brand new to Kundalini, Renata provided a perfect structure to open up this world and dive deeper into self.

MARIANA Colombia
I think that the most important part that I took away was having a quiet mind, and learning the basics of meditation. “ Seeking knowledge of being” is the phrase that I got out of this retreat. I went with expectations of connecting with myself and this was a super helpful and useful experience.

About
Tudo E Arte

Tudo É Arte ecovillage in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil is the first partner Nomad Farm ever worked with!
The founder & guardian of the land, Marcinha, is an artist and believes art can be found in anything. Hence the name of her establishment, “Everything is Art”.
Tudo É Arte is a "jungle bubble" inside a small coastal town in the Tropical Rainforest. Located 5-minutes walk to the ocean & built alongside a river, the ecovillage is home to farm animals, wildlife and human residents.
The place is renowned by the local community for its art workshops, its live music shows, its cultural events, its skate bar & artisanal beers, and for being a haven of community, creativity & bio-diversity. The ecovillage represents, as Marcinha words it herself, a "resistance" of nature from the industrialisation that this region has seen in the last decades.
Ecoliving spaces include a wellness room, shared kitchens, coworking spaces, an arts & crafts atelier, a woodwork, a food forest & more.

COWORKING
The ecovillage is powered by ultra-high speed fiber optic internet and a high-performance Starlink device. There are two coworking spaces on-site: natural cowork & barefoot cowork.
