Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy
By booking or participating in a Nomad Farm experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Experience
Nomad Farm offers temporary residential experiences in collaboration with independent farms, ecovillages, and retreat centers (“Partner Locations”).
Each experience integrates:
-
community living
-
remote work
-
land-based activities
-
wellness and learning
By joining, you acknowledge that:
-
experiences take place in natural and often rural environments
-
conditions may differ from traditional hospitality settings
-
flexibility, adaptability, and shared responsibility are part of the experience
2. Booking & Payments
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once:
-
the required payment (deposit or full amount) is received; and
-
you receive confirmation from Nomad Farm
All balances must be paid prior to the experience start date.
By confirming your booking (including via deposit or payment plan), you commit to the full value of the experience. In the event of late cancellation, remaining balances may still be due, as your spot has been reserved and costs have been committed on your behalf.
2.2 Payment Plans
Participants booking sufficiently in advance may be eligible to select a payment plan.
-
Payment plans may be offered in up to twelve (12) monthly instalments
-
Instalments are charged automatically at approximately 30-day intervals from the date of the first payment
-
The full balance must be paid before the experience start date, regardless of the selected plan
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Nomad Farm and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each instalment.
2.3 Payment Processing
Nomad Farm uses third-party payment providers, including WeTravel, to process bookings.
Additional fees may apply, including:
-
platform fees
-
credit card or payment method fees
These fees:
-
are not retained by Nomad Farm; and
-
are clearly displayed at checkout as part of the final price
2.4 Payment Fees
All payments made through Nomad Farm are subject to third-party processing fees, including but not limited to platform fees (e.g. WeTravel) and payment method fees.
These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including in the case of:
-
participant cancellation
-
Nomad Farm cancellation
-
refunds issued under any policy
Any refund provided will be issued minus applicable non-refundable transaction and processing fees.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the original start date

Credits may be used toward any Nomad Farm experience (subject to availability)

Any price difference between experiences will apply
5. Cancellation by Nomad Farm

insufficient enrollment

safety, operational, or logistical reasons
In such cases, participants will be offered:

Nomad Farm will communicate any changes as early as reasonably possible.
Nomad Farm shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to:

Participants agree to respect:
-
